Update, September 2026: you can now pay by credit or debit card as well, in US dollars, through our card processor, EPS. Crypto works exactly as before, and what follows about it still holds. Pick either at checkout.
We take payment in crypto only. The reason is not ideology and it is not a preference for the technology. Card processors classify podcast marketing alongside a set of categories they consider high risk, and an account in that class gets closed with little warning and funds held for months. That has happened to enough agencies in this space to make it a planning assumption rather than a worry.
So the choice was between a payment method that can disappear mid-campaign and one that cannot. We took the one that cannot, and this page is the honest version of what that means.
What is better for you: settlement is fast, usually within thirty minutes of the transaction confirming, so a campaign starts the same day rather than after a three day hold. There are no processor fees added to your total. And there is no card on file with us, which is one fewer place your details sit.
What is worse for you: there is no chargeback. With a card you can dispute a transaction and a bank will take your side while it investigates. With crypto you cannot, and the only protection you have is our reputation and the fact that we are visible, contactable and staking a business on repeat customers. That is a real difference and we would rather you know it before you send anything than discover it afterwards.
A transfer to the wrong network is also unrecoverable. Every payment page shows the exact network beside the address for that reason, and it is the one thing worth reading twice. USDC on BEP20 and USDC on TRC20 are different chains and the money does not cross.
What we do to make the tradeoff fair: nothing is charged before you send it, so an order sitting unpaid costs you nothing and can be cancelled from your dashboard. Every payment is matched to a transaction hash you paste yourself, so there is an on-chain record of what you sent and when, which is more evidence than a card statement gives you. And pay as you go bills from a balance you top up, so you can start small and see the delivery arrive before committing more.
If a bank transfer or an invoice would suit you better, reply to any email from us and we will talk about it. For larger arrangements there is usually a way.
