Terms of Service

What we deliver, what it costs, and what happens when something goes wrong. Written plainly, because a term nobody reads protects nobody.

Last updated 27 September 2026

1.Who these terms are between

These terms are between you and NitroCast Agency Network. They apply when you place an order, run a campaign, or join the publisher network. Placing an order means you accept them.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and the podcast you order for must be one you own or are authorised to promote.

2.What we deliver

We drive listeners and downloads to your show on Apple Podcasts through a network of independent publishers. Every package states the listens and downloads included and the number of days it runs over. Those figures are the target we work to.

Delivery is paced deliberately. Traffic that arrives all at once looks bought, so a campaign builds over its delivery window rather than starting at its ceiling.

All delivery is United States traffic. Visitors from outside the delivery region are turned away, and are neither counted nor charged for.

3.What we do not promise

We do not promise a chart position, a ranking, sponsorship interest, revenue, or any outcome beyond the listens and downloads the package names. Apple decides its own charts and does not tell anybody how.

We do not edit, host or distribute your show, and we do not guarantee that any listener will subscribe, review or return.

4.Payment

You can pay by credit or debit card in BDT (USD 1 = BDT 127), or in cryptocurrency. A card is charged on the secure page of EPS, our card processor, and the card details are typed there, not on this site. For crypto, the payment page shows the receiving address, the exact amount and a QR code. Send the amount shown and paste the transaction hash on that page so we can match it to your order.

An order is not started until the payment is confirmed: by EPS for a card, or on-chain for a transfer. Once it is, delivery begins within thirty minutes.

When paying in crypto, you are responsible for sending to the correct address on the correct network. A transfer sent to the wrong address, or on the wrong network, cannot be recovered by us.

5.Pay as you go

A pay-as-you-go campaign draws on your account balance and is charged per confirmed listen and per confirmed download, at the rate shown when you ordered.

When the balance reaches zero, delivery pauses rather than running up a debt, and we email you to say so. Topping up starts it again from where it stopped.

6.The trial

The trial costs $14.99 and runs for five days: 250 listens and 750 downloads everyday on Apple Podcasts, or 250 plays and 250 downloads everyday on Spotify. It is paid for like any other order and is one per show per account. It exists so you can see delivery working before deciding on a package.

A trial is a sample rather than a package: it carries a smaller volume, a shorter window, and the same review before it starts.

7.Review, and orders we turn down

Every campaign is reviewed before it starts, trial or paid. We may decline one, and if we do we tell you why and nothing is charged. If you have already paid, the refund goes back the way it came.

We will normally decline a show that is not on Apple Podcasts, a feed with no episodes, or anything we do not believe we can deliver honestly.

8.Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel an unpaid order at any time from your dashboard, and nothing is charged.

Once a campaign has started it is being delivered, and delivery already made is not refundable. If a campaign is stopped part way through for a reason that is ours, we refund the undelivered part.

If you believe a campaign has not delivered what it promised, reply to any email from us and a person will go through your figures with you. That is a conversation, not a form.

9.Your account

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and we will never ask you for your password by email or chat.

The demo account is shared and deliberately limited. What it shows is an exhibit rather than anybody's real data.

10.Publishers

If you join the publisher network you promote campaigns using the tracking links we issue, and you are paid per confirmed listen and per confirmed download at the rates on your account.

Traffic must be real people who chose to click. Bots, incentivised clicks, click farms and any automated traffic are grounds for removal and for withholding payment on that traffic. Repeat visitors are de-duplicated and only what survives that is counted.

Publishers are independent, and are not our employees or agents.

11.Acceptable use

Do not use the service for a show promoting hate, harassment, sexual content involving minors, or anything unlawful where you or your listeners are. Do not attempt to interfere with the tracking, the billing, or another account.

12.Liability

Where the law allows us to limit it, our liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us for the campaign the claim is about.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost sponsorship, lost revenue or lost opportunity. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

13.Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is when they last changed, and a change never applies backwards to a campaign already paid for.

14.Reaching us

Email support@nitrocastagency.com, or use the WhatsApp or Telegram details in the footer. A reply reaches a person rather than a form.
