What we collect, why we collect it, and what we deliberately do not keep. Written from the database rather than from a template.

1.Who this is about
NitroCast Agency Network is the controller of the personal data described here. It covers three groups: clients who buy campaigns, publishers who send traffic, and visitors who click a tracking link.
2.What we collect from clients
When you create an account or place an order we keep your name, email address, and any phone, WhatsApp or Telegram details you choose to give us. We keep the podcast you are promoting: its name, its Apple Podcasts link and its feed.
For each order we keep what you bought, what it cost, and how it was paid: the transaction hash of a crypto payment, or for a card payment the reference EPS gave it and the card network it went through. Card details are typed on EPS's own page, not ours. We never see or hold a card number, a bank detail, or the keys to any wallet.
3.What we collect from visitors
When somebody clicks a tracking link we record the moment, the referring site if their browser sent one, and the country and US state the address resolves to.
We do not store the visitor's IP address. It is used once, in memory, to work out the country and state and to produce a one-way hash that lets us recognise a repeat click from the same person on the same link. The address itself is never written down, which is also why a click recorded before we could resolve its state can never have one added afterwards.
The country and state come from a local database on our own server. No third party is asked anything about a visitor.
4.Why we are allowed to hold it
For clients and publishers, because we need it to perform the contract you entered into: an order cannot be delivered or paid for without it.
For click data, because we have a legitimate interest in measuring delivery honestly. A client is paying for traffic and is entitled to see what arrived, and a publisher is paid on it.
For marketing email, because you asked for it. It is the only thing here you can switch off without closing your account.
5.Email we send you
Receipts, campaign updates and password resets are part of the service and are sent whether or not you want marketing. You cannot unsubscribe from your own receipt.
Marketing email carries an unsubscribe link and a one-click unsubscribe header, and stops immediately when you use either.
A password reset is sent to you and to nobody else. It carries a link that can set your password, so it is never copied to any other address, including our own operators.
6.Who else sees it
Our email provider, in order to deliver mail to you. Our server host, because the data sits on their machine. EPS, our card processor, when you pay by card: your name, email address and phone number if you gave one go with the order number and the amount, so EPS can take the payment. That is the list.
We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
A publisher never sees a client's contact details, and a client never sees a visitor's.
7.How long we keep it
Account and order records are kept while your account is open and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting rules require.
Click records are kept for as long as the campaign report is useful to the client who paid for it. Sent-email records keep the subject, the address and whether it was accepted, and never the body.
8.What you can ask for
A copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. You can also object to marketing at any time, which is the unsubscribe link, and ask us to restrict processing while a dispute is sorted out.
Email support@nitrocastagency.com and we will answer within thirty days. We do not charge for this and we will not make it difficult.
9.Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed and cannot be read back by us or anybody else. Credentials for third-party services are encrypted at rest.
If a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you what happened and what it means for you, rather than the shortest sentence the law permits.
10.Cookies
We use what is needed to keep you signed in and to remember your theme. There are no advertising or analytics cookies on this site, which is why there is no consent banner asking you to accept any.
11.Children
The service is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly hold data about anybody under 16, and will delete it if we learn we have.
12.Changes, and reaching us
The date at the top is when this last changed. For anything about your data, email support@nitrocastagency.com, or use the WhatsApp or Telegram details in the footer.
